Utility Assistance is now available at your Senior Center

If you need help with your energy bill, please visit your neighborhood senior center to apply for utility assistance.  Entergy’s Power To Care program may be able to help.

Power to Care is an emergency utility assistance program sponsored by Entergy to help low income seniors 60+ years old and handicapped adults 18 years or older with electrical expenses on an emergency basis. Eligible candidates can apply to participate in the utility assistance program at a senior center in their area. There are income guidelines. In addition to completing an application, candidates will need to provide evidence of their age, disability, income, and copies of their utility bills. These documents are then forwarded for review and approval. Payments of the approved amount are paid directly to the utility company.
